Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

By scheduling service with Mosley's Mobile Repair LLC, you agree to the following terms.

Mobile Repair Services

Mosley's Mobile Repair LLC provides professional mobile automotive, diesel, fleet, A/C, roadside assistance, and APU maintenance and repair services at customer locations throughout Kaufman County and surrounding areas.

Some repairs may require transportation to a repair facility if they cannot safely or legally be completed on-site.

Estimates

Repair estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection.

Additional repairs or parts may be required once diagnosis is completed.

Customers will be notified before additional work is performed.

Diagnostic Fees

Diagnostic fees cover the technician's time, experience, specialized equipment, and testing required to accurately identify vehicle concerns.

Diagnostic charges are separate from repair costs unless otherwise stated.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

We accept:

  • Major Credit Cards

  • Debit Cards

  • PayPal

  • Venmo

  • Zelle

  • COMcheck

  • EFS Check

  • Cash

  • Affirm (subject to approval)

  • Klarna (subject to approval)

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate vehicle information.

  • Provide safe access to the vehicle.

  • Ensure the vehicle is legally accessible.

  • Remove personal belongings when necessary.

Warranty

Manufacturer warranties apply to new replacement parts.

Labor warranty coverage, if provided, will be communicated at the time of service.

Warranty coverage does not apply to:

  • Customer-supplied parts

  • Abuse

  • Accidents

  • Neglect

  • Unrelated component failures

Limitation of Liability

Mosley's Mobile Repair LLC is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing vehicle damage

  • Mechanical failures unrelated to repairs performed

  • Delays caused by weather, traffic, parts availability, or circumstances beyond our control

Service Availability

Same-day service is offered whenever scheduling permits but cannot be guaranteed.

Emergency roadside services are subject to technician availability.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
