Scheduled Maintenance

(24-Hour Notice Required)

Any service or preventative maintenance requested with at least 24 hours of advance notice will receive our standard shop labor rates. Drive time, mileage, and standard service call fees are completely waived.

Immediate Service Calls

Any repair request requiring immediate, same-day dispatch is classified as an urgent Service Call and is subject to a 2-hour minimum billing guarantee, which includes:

• Travel time billed at a minimum of 0.5 hours each way (adjusted upward on a graduated scale for longer travel distances).

• A flat $90 service call fee.

• A mileage charge of $1.50 per mile for all travel exceeding 25 miles from our Terrell hub.

Important After-Hours Roadside Policy

Emergency dispatch after standard business hours is reserved strictly for major mechanical failures, safety hazards, and vehicles actively disabling a route. Standard preventative maintenance, minor cosmetic fixes, and non-safety trailer repairs will be scheduled for our next available business hours slot.
